The Ring
Today, I was with my mom looking through her vintage jewelry and I fell in love with this ring. The one with a brown nail. I was surprised that I found such ring in her collection. She told me when this design was sold in jewelry boutiques, people saw it as creative item not fashionable and classy to be worn. But now, such jewelry are so in trend and rare to be found!! (if you remember Rihannas or Beyonce ring was similar to this)

Something funny...
Its true that people were so pumped into carrying Hermès handbags last summer, which was funny to me. “Hunt the Hermès” . . hahaha.. Then many magazines started writing on how you really can find out which are fake and which are not. Later on you get text messages that says the number of the fake ones, the originals ones, and the ones that have anonymous owners. Okay, who cares?!
What's cool here is the image attached to this post. I like it, where as I know most Arab people will say “OMG this is so offending” d r a m a. . The model in the photo is Christina Kruse; I can say she's doing a great job in the fashion idustry where many assume she's old for it. She is over 28 year old and she's German.
I want to hang this image in my room . . Im in love <3
And here is the amaizing Christina Kruse
Too all my sexy lovely girls
“hey girls, you’re beautiful. don’t look at those
stupid magazines wish stick like models. eat healthy and exercise,
that’s all. don’t let anyone tell you you’re not good enough; you are
too good. love your family with all your heart and listen to it. you are
gorgeous, whether you’re a size 3 or size 14. it’s doesn’t matter what
you look like on the outside, as long as you’re a good person. as long
as you respect others. i know it’s been told hundreds of times before,
but it’s true.”

“I’m the girl who is lost in space, the girl who is
disappearing always, forever fading away and receding farther and
farther into the background. Just like the Cheshire cat, someday I will
suddenly leave, but the artificial warmth of my smile, that phony,
clownish curve, the kind you see on miserably sad people and villains in
Disney movies, will remain behind as an ironic remnant. I am the girl
you see in the photograph from some party someplace or some picnic in
the park, the one who is in fact soon to be gone. When you look at the
picture again, I want to assure you, I will no longer be there. I will
be erased from history, like a traitor in the Soviet Union. Because with
every day that goes by, I feel myself becoming more and more invisible…”

Vintage Vibe
"What I really love about them... is the fact
that they contain someone's personal history...I find myself wondering
about their lives.
1980's pink plated trouser featuring exposed black zip closures at front
I can never look at a garment... without thinking
about the woman who owned it.
1980s raspberry leather moto jacket featuring structured shoulders and a rounded collar
How old was she? Did she work? Was she
married? Was she happy?...
pastel floral shirtdress featuring bold shoulders and pink button closures at front
I look at these exquisite shoes,
1980s vented baby blue leather boots featuring a metallic-sheen finish
and I
imagine the woman who owned them rising out of them or kissing
someone...
glistening gold lame blazer! Pockets at front and button closure at front
I look at a little hat like this,
1980s Bisang Couture black satin dress featuring structured shoulders and peplum skirt
I lift up the veil, and I
try to imagine the face beneath it...
jumpsuit featuring split sleeves and an ultra-drapey pant with tapered leg
When you buy a piece of vintage
clothing you're not just buying the fabric and thread
1980s semi-sheer black pants featuring a metallic silver dot print!
- you're buying a
piece of someone's past."

1980s white leather jacket featuring hand-painted splattered stripes!
I'm in love with every single piece I featured in my post! I so want them all!!
All these items are from Nasty Gal boutique <3 . . Check out more of their vintage pieces in dresses, eyewear, jackets, accessories, tops, bottoms, and shoes here.
Whats with the hat?
Mischa Barton as usual looks fabulous, but I'm not liking the hat with her outfit in the image above. True it matches only if she's going to an act. Imagine her without it .. much better!... I'm so off hats lately..

Cristina M fine shoes
The marvelous shoes
designer, Cristina Franchini, designs the fabulous, fine, unique, and luxurious
shoes for the most beautiful women on plant, as she says. And yea! If you are looking
for a shoe that is only made for you, then Cristina M offers costume made shoes
for her fashionable customers. I selected few pieces I adored from her
old collection and new collection.
these pair of shoes is DTF . . I'm in love with the creativeness of the design and I enjoy walking in dangerous shoes!
It looks kinda vintagy . . So I might change the black designed fabric to plain black leather, it will look more fashionable not costume-y. But yet it still looks fabulous.
I so wanna have a baby girl just to make her wear these cute, tiny, pretty shoes. I wish I can go back in time and ask mom to get them for me "tears" . . Aren't they so adorable! I'm in love!
Cristina I think you have to design ballerinas for young ladies! and why not old ladies too!
shoe packaging for the adorable princess
This orange and black lace shoes is from her 2009 collection . . I liked that it has the vintage style, where as the heels is too high to be vintage.
Another pairs from her 2009 collection . . I liked the structure of the shoes, but not the mixture of colors used.

"For the average person in the world who lives life and considers their life boring or uninspiring, its because theyve made no attempt to gain knowledge and information that will inspire them. Theyre so hypnotized by their environment through the media, through television through people living and creating ideals, that everybody struggles to become that no one can actually become in terms of physical appearance and definitions of beauty and valor that are all illusions, that most people surrender and live their life in mediocracy. And they may live that life and the soul may never really— their desire may never really rise to the surface, so they may want to be something else. But if it does rise to the surface, and they ask themselves if there is something more - Or, why am I here? What is the purpose of life? Where am I going? What happens when I die? - They start to ask those questions. They start to flirt and interact with the perception that they may be having a nervous breakdown, and in reality, what theyre doing is that their old concepts of how they viewed their life and the world start to fall apart. Were in completely new territory in our brain and because were in completely new territory, were rewiring the brain, literally reconnecting to a new concept. Then ultimately it changes us from the inside out. If I change my mind, will I change my choices? If I change my choices, will my life change? Why cant I change? What am I addicted to? What will I lose that Im chemically attached to and what person, place, thing, time or event that Im chemically attached to that I dont want to lose because I may have to experience the chemical withdrawal from that? Hence the human drama."

“ I loved you from the first time I saw you. I think I was 12. It took me 3 years to pluck up the courage to speak to you and I was so scared of the way I felt, you know, loving a girl. I learned how to become a sarcastic bitch to make it more… I screwed guys to make it go away but it didn’t work. When we got together, it scared the shit out of me because you were the one person who could ruin my life. I pushed you away. I made you think things were your fault but really, I was just terrified of pain. I screwed that girl, Sophia, to kind of spite you for having that hold on me and I’m a total fucking coward because I got these, these tickets to go for us 3 months ago but I, I couldn’t stand it. I didn’t want to be a slave to the way I feel about you. Can you understand? You were trying to punish me back and it’s horrible. It’s so horrible because, really, I’d die for you. I love you. I love you so much it’s killing me.”

"The most important things are the hardest to say. They are the things you get ashamed of, because words diminish them — words shrink things that seemed limitless when they were in your head to no more than living size when they’re brought out. But it’s more than that, isn’t it? The most important things lie too close to wherever your secret heart is buried, like landmarks to a treasure your enemies would love to steal away. And you may make revelations that cost you dearly only to have people look at you in a funny way, not understanding what you’ve said at all, or why you thought it was so important that you almost cried while you were saying it. That’s the worst, I think. When the secret stays locked within not for want of a tellar but for want of an understanding ea"

Finally I'm back to Dubai. I miss it! I really do! I miss my family, my peeps, the lovely nights, the hot shopping, and everything that goes on in Dubai.
I'm so happy that I am back to blog again! Awesomeness ;)
My trip to New York and other states was lovely. Beside shopping and street fashion, I visited many great spots; such as The White House, CNN, The UN, The Capitol Building, The Natural History Museum, Times Square of course, The Longwood Gardens, The Empire State Building, Status of Liberty, and not to forget the iPad launching in Apple store, NYC. I might missed some places I visited.
