Thanks to my friend/ artist Maitha Bin Demaithan who told me to look through my family 80's and 90's dresses for her upcoming art project she is working on. I wish her all the best! So, my Aunt was saving her dresses and I picked four amazing evening gowns from her! They are from mid 80's to early 90's designed by her. Sadly, any of them fit me well! but they are all great inspiration that will help me to design something similar but modern! I LOVE 80's/90's!!!
Floral print dress with a big puffy sleeve
All dresses were embroidered, but this was really heavy! Loved all the details and work!
This dress we call it "Jalabya," a straight cut dress with embroidery and what ever fabric you wish. I loved this white pure silk fabric with some gold and white embroidery. I felt like an arabian princesses when I tried out. <3
This dress reminds me of John Galliano amazing pieces!
